Presenter Abstract
InterMet Systems participated in a grant project supported by federal funds administered by the State of Michigan and a Michigan based non-profit. The goal of the project was to expand weather data access to airports in Michigan by using the CopterSonde 3. Activities supported by the grant were scheduled to take place June 2025 through July 2026. This presentation will discuss the grant application process, milestone achievements, and next steps.

Presenter Biography (Optional)
Alana Dachtler is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InterMet Systems. She is responsible for all customer interactions including equipment training, installation, and technical support. Prior to joining the InterMet Systems team, she spent over ten years as a Broadcast Meteorologist in Grand Rapids, MI and Traverse City, MI. She earned her degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
