Biography
Dr. Lulu Sun is an associate professor of Engineering Fundamentals Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she has taught since 2006. She received her Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Riverside in 2006. Before joining Embry-Riddle, she worked for Arup at Los Angeles office as a fire engineer. Her research interests include second language acquisition in programming languages, flipped classroom, best practices of virtual training delivery, sustainability and entrepreneurship in engineering education. She is a member of the American Society for Engineering Education, and a member of Air Traffic Control Association. She has published over 40 journal and conference articles nationally and internationally.
