The Department of Mathematics at the Prescott Campus offers two innovative degrees as well as the mathematics courses needed for all programs at Embry-Riddle.
The Bachelor of Science in Data Science offers students a unique educational experience of pairing the data science skillset with depth of knowledge in one of our many specialized domains, collaborating side-by-side with faculty. All courses will be project-based and structured around acquiring skills to answer questions about the real world. The cross-application to industry, government, and research settings is immediate.
The Bachelor of Science in Simulations Science, Gaming and Animation prepares students to design and build virtual worlds using mathematical algorithms and technologies underlying aviation simulators, computer aided design (CAD) systems, computer animation software, streaming video networks and computer games.
