Tom St. Clair is an Aviation Systems Engineer with The MITRE Corporation developing concepts for integrating space launch and reentry operations into the National Airspace System. Before joining MITRE, he worked for 28 years for the Federal Aviation Administration in the areas of Air Traffic Control, Air Traffic Flow Management, and associated automation systems.
