Mark works as the lead field coordinator for the Tropospheric Ozone Pollution Project from St. Edward's University. The Tropospheric Ozone Pollution Project has conducted over 1000 balloon soundings across Texas since 2004 in compliance and cooperation with local, regional, State, and Federal regulations and restrictions including operations in and around military airspace.
