Abstract/Description
Coming into college, I was looking forward to meeting new people, where I would hopefully find acceptance and appreciation and I saw Arnold Air Society as an opportunity to push myself further than I ever have before and thought that the main reason I was still in it was to make my father proud. Yet I found through the trainings and a heart to heart talk with my father that there was more to me than I thought and that my inability to quit on this new found family was the real reason I was still there.
