The course examines the concepts and principles of project management in the aviation/aerospace industry. It addresses the ten knowledge areas of project management and process areas of initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure of projects. Emphasis is placed on developing strategies for projects in the aviation/aerospace environment. This site is meant for students to share some of the case studies and project reports they have completed during their MSA program.
