What is the best method to deliver library research skills to upper-division students? What factors impact and influence their behaviors and preferences? Librarians face many difficulties in developing and delivering online content that students find useful and engaging. Students surveyed for the project are experienced online learners that have clear expectations and preferences of how to learn new skills. This poster will highlight the research needs of students enrolled in two upper-division business courses, what behaviors influence how they choose to learn, and their preferred learning format.
