Abstract
Using the high time resolution on MMS a study of electromagnetic and density fluctuations in a bursty bulk flow in the Earth's magnetotail is performed. To obtain high-frequency electron scale fluctuations, the spacecraft potential is calibrated to give a high time resolution measurement of the density. The scale-dependent kurtosis shows an increase in all measurements to a small scale. When we reach electron scales, differences become apparent in the scale-dependent kurtosis of density, magnetic and electric fluctuations.
