Abstract
Errors in the workplace are often the result of human factors at the organizational, supervisory and front line level of the company. An innovative method for managing these threats is the HFACS so that accurate analysis and tracking can be conducted and effective intervention programs can be developed. In this workshop, you will learn to implement the HFACS and employ this method to analyze human error in complex systems for more successful safety management.
